The Annuncicom AHE-YA404 is a powerful all-in-one Analog Head End solution designed to modernize legacy 2- or 4-wire intercom and paging systems?without the need to replace existing cabling or call stations. With integrated VoIP SIP support and onboard amplification, the AHE-YA404 enables seamless paging and intercom functionality from standard SIP phones to up to 16 individual 2 or 4 wire intercom panels.
The Barix AHE-YA404 allows direct connection to speaker/microphone and call-button panels, enabling two-way HDX communication and room monitoring in applications such as help points, emergency intercoms, and security systems. It provides 2.5 Watt audio power to each of the 16 locations via 25V or 70V technology. Its modern hardware and software architecture ensure long-term reliability, full compliance with current internet security standards, and easy adaptation to specific customer needs The YA404 supports a wide range of professional audio environments including Dante®, SIP, InformaCast, and Syn-Apps, and handles popular codecs such as PCM, AACplus, MP3, OPUS, G.711, and G.722 as well as advanced features like priority-based paging, background music, and scheduled or network-triggered audio file playback, all in one unit.
A built-in display, configuration via browser interface and clearly visible status LEDs simplify both installation and maintenance, making the Annuncicom AHE-YA404 an ideal choice for both new deployments and upgrades to existing 2 or 4 wire infrastructure in. in mission-critical environments.
