Designed for flexibility and customization, the SBOX-2624 series offers a number of variants - SBOX-2624, SBOX-2624P, and SBOX-2624P-IP66, for diverse use cases or deployment environments. It provides options of six serial ports and four PoE-enabled LAN ports, alongside an IP66-rated enclosure with robust connectors ensuring durability in extreme conditions. Moreover, this embedded computer supports M.2 expansion modules for 4G/5G mobile communication, Wi-Fi/BT wireless networks, and increased NVMe/SATA storage capacity. With this adaptability, the SBOX-2624 series delivers a variety of custom solutions for industrial automation, retail surveillance, public safety monitoring, traffic flow optimization, and more.
Ensuring Reliable Operation for Rugged Outdoor Applications
Built for environmental adaptability and durability, the SBOX-2624P-IP66 is armed with IP66-rated dustproof and water-resistant enclosure, as well as M8 and M12 connectors selected to increase anti-vibration and anti-shock capability for smooth operation on unpaved terrain, making it particularly suitable for roadside and off-road applications, such as intelligent surveillance or transportation system for public safety or traffic management, and automated construction equipment for enhanced workforce safety and reduced operational error.
Expanding Visual Intelligence with Streamlined Connections
Featuring PoE support, the SBOX-2624P integrates four GbE, one 2.5GbE, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) ports for seamless IP and USB camera connectivity while reducing cable clutter. The system also supports dual HDMI outputs with resolutions up to 4K for multimedia display, as well as four serial ports and a DIO interface for peripherals control. This makes it an ideal choice for efficient deployment of machine vision applications, including facial recognition, automated access control, foot traffic analysis, and interactive digital signage.
Propelling Smart Automation with Seamless IoT Integration
Incorporating six serial ports and a DIO interface, the SBOX-2624 facilitates the deployment of IoT integration for real-time monitoring and control of industrial devices. Meanwhile, on-site data can be instantly transmitted to HMI devices or control rooms via wired or wireless networks, supporting remote oversight and predictive maintenance analysis.
